QL41 Intrduction:

QL41 has 4 mounting heads , can pick 4 materials and pass the vision at the same time. 

QL41 has 1 Flying cameras. 4 up-looking cameras correspond to 4 nozzles, Used to correct angular deviation and positional deviation. One down-looking camera used to detect circuit board placement. The EX-axis is designed to lay up the circuit board. In the process of mounting, the ex axis moves, driving the circuit board to move, so that the shortest mount distance. 

QL41 can mount 1.2m PCB. Design of slide block and belt structure of guideway, More stable performance and smoother operation. High-voltage dosed-bop motor design, automatic detection and correction of lost step.

The QL41 software was developed by ourselves. The software is available in English. And our software will be updated, as soon as there is an update, the salesman will send new software to your mailbox.

The QL41 machine has one year warranty, lifetime maintenance. We have a professional after-sales team.
