Rack mount cooling system RMUP-300 is only 4U tall and ideally suited for 3W-5W UV laser and ultrafast laser. It delivers extremely precise cooling of ±0.1°C stability with PID control technology and cooling capacity up to 440W. Water fill port and drain port are mounted in the front, which is very convenient. This low temperature chiller incorporates standard features like highly durable water pump, high performance cooling fan and integrated front handles which allow for easy mobility. Refrigerant used complies with the environmental standards. Being extremely temperature stable, RMUP-300 water chiller can satisfy your demanding laser processes.

Rack mount chiller RMUP-500 features a 6U rack mount design and is perfect for 10W-15W UV laser and ultrafast laser applications. It delivers extremely precise cooling of ±0.1°C stability with PID control technology. Mountable in a 6U rack, this industrial water cooling system allows stacking of related device, indicating a high level of flexibility and mobility. The refrigerating power can reach up to 720W and the available power supply is 220V. Water level check is installed in the front with thoughtful indications. Water temperature can be set between 5°C and 35°C with constant temperature mode or intelligent temperature control mode for selection.

The ideal water should be deionised water, distilled water or purified water.

How often should I change out the water?

Generally speaking, the water changing frequency is 3 months. It can also depend on the actual working environment of the recirculating water chillers. For example, if the working environment is too inferior, the changing frequency is suggested to be 1 month or shorter.

What is the ideal room temperature for the chiller?

The working environment of the industrial water chiller should be well ventilated and the room temperature should not be higher than 45 degree C.

How to prevent my chiller from freezing?

For users living in high latitude areas especially in winter, they often face the frozen water problem. To prevent the chiller from freezing, they can add an optional heater or add anti-freezer in the chiller.
