Q: I am fresh man to the machine. Can I buy it?

A: Machine is always required to setup/install(NOT ready to use). You are suggested to buy only when knowledge base is qualified.

2. Q: I have received my machine but it is too difficult to setup. Can I return it?

A: Yes, return is accepted. Buyer need to pay return shipping charge and bear 25% of purchase value as restocking fee.

3. Q: Do you solve hardware&software issue?

A: The product was tested PASS before shipping. After delivery, we assist you to solve problem. Buyer is responsible for parts replacement. We disclaim computer compatible issue is covered by warranty.

4. Q: I received my machine but box was seriously damaged so machine was heavily damaged. What can I do?

A: If machine was received heavily damage, we will pay for return shipping cost. Please don’t worry.

5. Q: I received my machine but I found tiny deformation on side panel. What can I do?

A: In this case, please check/test whether the machine works in order. If so, we send some gifts in small value. On the other hand, if machine doesn’t work in order, buyer was asked to take a video and we send replacement parts. Buyer is responsible for parts replacement. Return is NOT accepted for such reason.
