This LCD separator machine is used to replace the LCD of various size cell phones, such as the For Samsung Galaxy S2, S3, S4, S5, Note, iPhone 4/4S/5/5S and any other cell phones, its size is suit for  less than 7 inch screen seperating. Its voltage is 110V / 220V. Made by alloy-aluminum, the heating plates enjoy the characteristics of shape stability and well-distributed heat conduction even under a high temperature. The four adjustable fixed clamps are used to hold the replacement part to make it fix in the plate. At the same time, the LED display will guide you how to operate.

Work steps:

1. Flat the LCD assembly up-down on this plate.

2. Fix it with the four adjustable clamps

3. Adjust the MAXIMUM temperature with the three buttons on the front, which ranks from 0 up to 400 degree, but for the phones, you should never go to this high, 90 degree is generally safe and enough.

4. Wait for one to two minutes then separate the LCD by cutting the melt glue with the strong alloy Gold wire (included), you can simply use any two pencils, or you can use the supplied two small sticks for more comfort.

5. Then glass is separated from the LCD.

Tips:

1. Do not set the temperature to more than 110 Celsius degree when operating; otherwise the high temperature may destroy the LCD Screen.
